Space Sphere

Space Sphere and Space Spheres are works based on the interpretation of hand-made and individually unique Japanese papers sourced on a trip to Tokyo. The works are based on the inlaying of small inlaid wood veneer elements which give a thematic to the image. The papers have a three dimensional quality yet a flat surface and lend themselves to spatial interpretations relative to the cosmos, hence the title Space Sphere and Spheres.
