‘the past in the present’ (2022)

Description

Holding our past stories safe and partly hidden. These colour our interactions with others, often unconsciously, as we build connections and take strength from each other. Created in crochet with iron and stainless steel wires embedded into driftwood and grounded in concrete covered with a partly oxidised surface to symbolise the passage of time and our ephemeral nature.
