Sell on Behalf – New Zealand Artworks
artradie provides a personalised service for NZ artists and private collectors to list and manage the sale of their NZ artworks.
- Listing is free, with artradie charging a 25% commission +GST on each sale.
- Postage and packaging costs are additional and covered by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
To get started, email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Artist’s name
- Title of the work
- Date created
- Medium used
- Dimensions (size)
- A clear image of the artwork
Our curatorial team will review your submission and be in touch to discuss the next steps.
Upon receiving your completed listing inquiry and photograph(s), we will:
- Assess your work for inclusion / or not
- Provide a current market valuation
- Suggest a listing price – all categories must have a minimum value of $500+GST (excluding ceramics and glass)
- Confirm the 25% commission fee +GST
Our team conducts weekly appraisals for new submissions.
Photography Requirements
Please ensure photographs meet the following criteria:
- Minimum resolution of 3 megapixels.
- Accurate representation of the artworks:
- Color
- Framing
- Faults or imperfections (if any)
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Listings
Each artwork will be listed on artradie for three (3) months.
